Delivery & Returns
UK DELIVERY
Standard UK delivery is a flat rate of £4.50 on all orders.
Please allow 7 working days for your parcel to reach you. We do our best to pack and send items out to you as quickly as possible!
All our parcels are sent via Royal Mail with tracking information, which will be included in your dispatch email. Do contact us below if your parcel has not arrived within the estimated timeframe.
Orders which include both pre-order and in-stock items will be dispatched once all items are ready. If you require in-stock items sooner, please place these as a separate order.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Europe (EU countries) £19.95 per order
USA & Canada: £24.95 per order
Please allow 14 working days for your parcel to reach you if you are an international customer.
All our parcels are sent with insurance and tracking information, included in your dispatch email.
We are not responsible for any customs charges, taxes or admin fees added to your items. Unfortunately it is not possible for us to determine the charges applicable at the point of sale. Please check if charges apply in your country as it will be your responsibility to pay them.
Due to the complexities of customs charges, we are unable to accept returns on international orders.
We price all shipping to other countries, including those outside the EU, on an individual basis, due to weights and customs laws. Please contact us below if you'd like to make a purchase from another country.
RETURNS
We hope you love your purchase and that it arrives with you in the best condition.
You can return any item to us for a refund within 14 days of receiving it. Please contact us first by emailing info@selwynhouse.co.uk, or using the form below. We are unable to cover return postage costs. Please ensure you package your item safely and securely and receive proof of postage. The product will remain your responsibility until we receive it and any damage will be taken into account.
Items bought in our annual Seconds Sale are ineligible for returns.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item by emailing info@selwynhouse.co.uk and please include photographs of the issue so we can do our best to help.

PACKAGING
We’re always looking to send your item in the most environmentally-friendly way possible and are always conscious of using natural, renewable resources. We’re proud to say all our packaging is either recycled, recyclable and/or biodegradable.
Firstly we’d always ask you to keep + reuse your packaging, as this saves the energy of recycling into another product.
