Standard delivery to the UK mainland is free.
We post all orders within 1-2 business days. We use a courier or Royal Mail to deliver our parcels, which are usually delivered within 3-5 working days. All our parcels are sent with insurance and tracking information, so please contact us if your parcel has not arrived within the estimated timeframe.
If you require your parcel quicker, please email us directly via firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try and help as best we can.
In busy periods, such as Christmas, there may be factors beyond our control which affect the standard shipping times. Please see our home page for updates on last order dates, or send us a message via the Contact Us page.

We price all shipping to other countries on an individual basis, due to weights and customs laws.
We are not responsible for any customs charges added to your items. Please check if charges apply in your country as it will be your responsibility to pay them.

As is your right, you can return any item to us for a refund within 14 days of receiving it. Please contact us first by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org . We are unable to cover return postage costs. Please ensure you package your item safely and securely and receive proof of postage. The product will remain your responsibility until we receive it and any damage will be taken into account.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item by emailing email@example.com and please include photographs of the issue so we can do our best to help.
